Chhole - multiple varieties

There are so many varieties of this dish. The one that I love is actually a frozen one and I keep forgetting to note down the whole name. Oh darn! I guess that means I'll have to go get another package! :-/

I ate a version of chhole bhature and the seasoning was totally different - almost savory, whereas the one I want to recreate - the frozen one - is more tangy and very spicey.
